2631929Good day and thank you for visiting my website.  Here, you can get to know a little more about me, what I do and how I approach health and healthcare.  To me, health is all encompassing.  Every day is an opportunity to make our lives medicinal.  What we do, eat, feel, breathe, give, love, share.  Medicine is not only the pills we take (or don’t take).  It’s how we live.  How we collaborate.  How we inspire. How we teach others and how we teach ourselves.

On the right menu, you will find links to my fee guide, my bio, my practice and my event/workshop schedule.  A little lower, you will find my archives of blog entries.  Pick a topic that sounds interesting and read on!  To get you Started, here are my top three favourite entries!

1. The Post holiday Liver Cleanse: My Thoughts

2. Why I Love Being A Women’s Health Specialist

3. Gratitude: A Week of Healing in the Kitchen and Beyond

Before you go off on blog-reading adventures, do remember to sign up for my newsletter here.  Three reasons to sign up?

1. You will get updates on upcoming workshops and promotions (in the retail clinic and for treatments/consultations)

2. I’ll send you free tidbits, goodies, recipes and health tips to your inbox every month (don’t worry, I won’t bug you too often and I absolutely won’t share your info with anyone else)

3. We get to keep in touch!

Again, thanks for visiting my site.  If there are any questions you have about health, life or anything else, please feel free to send me an e-mail.

Enjoy the day!
